Cafes and coffee shops should open in the evenings. Not everyone wants to drink alcohol or have a big meal at night and sometimes a coffee and cake would make a nice date.

@anon_opin Absolutely, I worked in London for a spell before Covid and was surprised to see cafes and coffee shops closing before office hours finished...

Of course, now you'd struggle to find the staff to run all-day and evening shifts. Hospitality is screwed.

@anon_opin Not least because you're paying rent on the shop 24/7. Why wouldn't you open later? With different staff, obviously. Not going to make people work 12+ hours a day.
