@DentElectro @QasimRashid If displeasing Trump is a death sentence, I guess I'm on the chopping block too (for writing a short, picture book making fun of him - it let me "torture test" a graphics editor I developed). BTW, I've been in Islamabad. People were very nice. Saw things you just don't see in the U.S.: people riding on the roofs of ornate busses and cows walking down the road in nearby Rawalpindi. You could get around by taxi and barter for the price.
