@Sadsquatch @janeishly All the tours I've had of the US East Coast seem to include the guide saying, "Then we had a fire which burnt down most of the town."
Maybe, just like forests, we need a good fire now and then to clear out the Old Way of doing things. Maybe that lack of fire is why It's That Way.
