welp, I set one of my goals to continue doing blogs and outreach.

I figured I would ask if any of you have particular questions about Suricata, Emerging Threats, or IDS/IPS stuff in general.

Also if you do podcasts, or webinars or whatever, I'm happy to talk more about what we do, and how we do it.

I'm also trying to make it out to more conferences this year, so I'd be happy to talk Suricata stuff as well.

We also welcome requests for coverage, false positives, false negatives, other feedback, etc.

@da_667 yes! if ive never installed suricata before and i want a quickstart guide, does one exist? is there such a thing as a container (incus please! :D) that I can launch to just attach to an interface to sniff stuff, or should i just go with security onion instead? if i do get one setup, is there a front end for it, or does it come with one?

i guess im looking for a sorta ikea build your first cabinet style pamphlet for suricata, heh
