Both wrists are encircled by manacles. However, the...cable? Cord? Barbed wire? Whatever the fuck it's supposed to be made of, it doesn't join the two manacles together. It connects to the one on his left wrist, wanders across his thigh, crawls up his right hip, and appears to hide behind his buttocks.
