Oooh, can I suggest one where the parrots all talk to each other in a line, and each time they pass it on it gets more and more garbled as they are "learning" from each other and it degenerates into informational goo.
@doctormo @fell That's indeed a good idea Martin! The 'training on training' is a theme I haven't explored yet, and using the https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_game as a metaphor can work. I just need a good punch line or end twist.
Someone suggested also a blue type of Parrot cannibal directly eating the speechbubbles of red Parrot and having after issues to speak. I have it on my note, but it was also hard to find a good end twist or punch line to transform the mechanic into something to laugh about. -

@davidrevoy Or perhaps it would be more appropriate if the parrots started talking gibberish and the giant AI pot had all its books turned into a giant letter soup that can't be fixed. That would make it a two-part comic
