Like many other special shopping days the exact date is regional and often a movable feast. Mother's day in US, Italy, Belgium, and some other is a movable feast on "second Sunday of May" Norway celebrates it the second Sunday of February, Russia is "the last Sunday of November". Poland has fixed date of May, 26th. -
