Perhaps creating historical tours targeting US & CDN tourists

Busloads of US tourists constantly at the St. Catharines Lock 1 museum

Tour companies might welcome additional offerings

Include safe houses on the US side of Niagara River as well as the destinations and residential locations on CDN side

Battle of Queenston Hgts 1st Black soldier unit in British Military

Negro Graveyard in Niagara-on-the-Lake & historic Black residences

etc.
