@silvermoon82 so - surely an LLM is perfectly capable of talking to an LLM - great use of them I'd say - save yourself 2 hours by automating it with "AI"

I'm tempted.Someone today proposed that we "just" need to write some "good coding skills". Feeding slop into slop is much more practical, and if I burn all my tokens and ask for more I think I'll get a raise.

Lol, yeah. I run one in the wild trained on Sun Tzu, but LLMs did take a lot of the fun out. It does still feel like an accomplishment when the Art of War bot does something coherent, at least. -

@silvermoon82 the little I've used them - claude is kind of ok - I've mostly used to get me unstuck from "I can't make myself write this code"! - I've ALSO rewritten most of it.
It's definitely "junior developer that is incapable of learning" level -

I suspect that company leadership invested heavily, probably early on, and now they think they have an interest in it being used.Of course, what they made was a donation and they'll never see a return, but they're so deep in silicon valley ceo-bro culture they'd never listen to bad news like that.

I am torn between using it the minimum to keep my job, and finding a way to pipe one LLM into the other one so I burn my whole token budget and look super productive. -
