And why? There is not a single NATO article that demands or requires such action. On the contrary. The NATO treaty states that countries may not bring bilateral conflicts into NATO, and that is exactly what this is, precisely because of the way Trump has acted.

You could see US invasion preparations for months ahead, the fleet staging and the string of heavy cargo planes and the $15,000,000 for steak and crustaceans for the troops "last meal" #Whiskyleaks bought troops before the invasion.

Trump can ask the allies, the countries within NATO, to help, and those countries will then decide for themselves. But NATO, as an organization, should not interfere. Can't interfere.
