@AimeeMaroux agreed. I've found that challenging directly people is never fruitful. Instead I pretend to be dumb and not understand what they mean. Forcing them to articulate the stupidity and continue the process. I don't know if it changes their thinking, but at the very least it means they don't say it around me (and by extension those with me).
