@Rihilism Parecen como luces de un suave color rosado. Una bella fotografía, muy agradable de contemplar.

Thank you! They are one of favorite native wildflowers and I check the same patch along the trail every year to catch them when the show up

Thank you! They're very small (2-6" tall) so most of the detail you'd never see unless you get right up next to them with a good macro lens. It's amazing what you get to see at scale

@Rihilism All-natural
And my favorite early spring native (for me) wildflower. I've located a little patch on the trail and I visit this time of year to see if they're blooming

Thank you! They're such a gorgeous little flowers that I feel the need to do them justice. They're only 2-6" tall so almost no one gets to see the detail on them which is the part I love

@Rihilism pretty🥰🥰🥰🥰
I think so too! I'm a huge fan of this species and, since it's so small, very few people ever encounter it at this scale which makes them fun to share

The plants only get 2-6" tall.
Macro flower photography is where I started. That was with an iPhone but then I bought a camera and got a dedicated macro lens. I use it for all kinds of small subjects like flowers but I also take tons of insect/ arachnid macro pics too.
