Same with voter fraud. Though a vanishingly small problem, not worth a fraction of the money and effort Republicans devote to it, the vast majority of perpetrators are Republicans.

Utah doesn't do fixed year imprisonment, so his victims will have to continually show up to parole hearings to oppose his release. -
