          @thelinuxEXP U. S. viewer here: I almost always get notifications on new TLE episodes from the YT RSS feed. Sometimes I'll see it directly on an Invidious instance first.

          This is one of the few times I'm seeing it first on the Fediverse. It's much appreciated.

          I don't know if any of this matters to you, but I figure you might like to know with respect to your other metrics. Hope you had fun at the 40K tournament.

              @thelinuxEXP
              The Linux Experiment also posts his videos to Peertube: tilvids.com

              Which is nice.

                @thelinuxEXP you know what would be an interesting little experiment? Testing if it affects your views if you mention more positive or more negative news pieces in the video description.

                  @thelinuxEXP @tlenewspodcast I dislike the term sideloading. It’s just downloading software. These companies keep coming up with terms to try to make it look like we’re doing something unnatural so they can control what’s supposed to be our devices.

                    @thelinuxEXP Salut Nick, excellente vidéo. je vais jeter coup d'œil à Orion, car FF m'irrite de plus en plus avec leur AI features. Pour ce qui est de cachyOS, si je build ma nouvelle tour, je crois que je vais regarder cette option sérieusement, donc oui une vidéo sur cet OS qui semble vraiment prometteur serait une bonne idée et j'ai décidé que team green serait pas de mon prochain build avec cte marde de dlss5 là.

                      @thelinuxEXP I am not sure if my comment got deleted by YouTube but I wanted to comment on the Android sideloading security because you missed some things

                      1. ADB sideloading is unaffected
                      2. Saying that "it doesn't fix anything because it wasn't previously necessary" is completely illogical.

                      Not saying I love it but the 24hr wait will protect a lot of less technical users from getting scammed and protect people from stalkerware which has been growing significantly lately.
