it took me 50 years but i've discovered that trying to fit in with NT's/allistics is not worth the hassle.

i'm not saying don't talk to people if that's what you want to do.

i'm saying hinging your emotions on whether or not people accept and understand you is not healthy and will drive you mad.

once you fully accept this fact and act accordingly, the amount of emotional upheaval and daily stress you're carrying will eventually shrivel up and blow away.
