    Bears are coming out of hibernation in British Columbia. Remember what to do if you see one. πŸ˜‰

    Les ours sortent d'hibernation en Colombie-Britannique. Souvenez-vous quoi faire si vous en voyez un.

        @CatherineBabault

        If they are black, fight back.
        If they are brown, lie down.
        If they are white, say good night.

        Make a lot of noise with black bears and they should hopefully leave you alone.

        If you startle a grizzly bear, they have a tendency just to take a swipe at you and they can kill you by accident.

        Polar bears consider humans to be food. They also have an amazing sense of smell, so they know you were there for kilometres and were likely tracking you. I'm so sorry.

                      @CatherineBabault Just watching Joanna Lumley traveling along the Danube to Romania, where she visits a large bear sanctuary where people care for 130 bears saved from captivity and maltreatment 🐻

                        I do not, but I know some people who do and they taught me this.
