While observing Jupiter tonight I saw that Europa and Ganymede were right beside each other from our perspective - they looked like a little double star floating near Jupiter! Very cool.

I also took this picture of the Sun yesterday during a brief break from choring. I used a Canon EOS M50 at prime focus on my Celestron Omni AZ-102. It came out pretty good! This is roughly what I can see in the eyepiece.
