    I can see this appeal going either way.

    The previous court accepted that virtually all of PA's actions are unlawful, that the vast majority are violent, and that some cross the threshold into terrorism, but concluded that there weren't enough past that threshold to justify impacting their rights as proscription does.

    I think that's a well-arguable point and the government could well win — and if they lose, they'll look at new legislation.
