Pd Fonte: Agenzia Vista / Alexander Jakhnagiev

Bersani: Judges draw inspiration from the Constitution to replace Parliament and Government when there is doubt.

“We want judges to have ideas and for judicial political influence to be constitutional political influence, meaning that the Constitution is applied where it is prescribed, meaning that when there is doubt, it is sent to the Constitutional Court, meaning that in doubt, you are inspired by the Constitution, as judges have done many times, replacing Parliament and the Government.”
