Il Tempo: Comunicato Stampa: Auto di Telenuovo vandalizzata a Padova
“Un atto vile e inaccettabile, di una sconcertante stupidità: scrivere ‘Giornalista terrorista' sull'auto di servizio di una troupe del TgPadova è un gesto intimidatorio che va condannato con fermezza. Ai giornalisti e alla redazione di Telenuovo va la piena solidarietà del Consiglio Regionale e la mia personale”.
Lo dichiara il Presidente del Consiglio regionale del Veneto, Luca Zaia, in merito al vandalismo avvenuto a Padova, dove ignoti hanno imbrattato con vernice spray il mezzo della Tv, parcheggiato in Piazza delle Erbe mentre la troupe era impegnata in centro.
“Colpire chi fa informazione significa colpire un servizio ai cittadini. Il confronto si fa con le idee, non con le scritte e le intimidazioni, per altro anonime e certamente poco coraggiose”, aggiunge Zaia.
“Auspico che i responsabili vengano individuati al più presto e sanzionati con decisione. Sono certo, conoscendo i giornalisti di Telenuovo e la loro professionalità, che questo gesto non cambierà di una virgola il loro operato”, conclude Zaia.

“A vile and unacceptable act, of disconcerting stupidity: writing ‘Terrorist Journalist’ on the service car of a TgPadova crew is an intimidating gesture that must be firmly condemned. The full solidarity of the Regional Council and my personal one goes to the journalists and the Telenuovo editorial staff.”
It declares the President of the Regional Council of Veneto, Luca Zaia, regarding the vandalism that occurred in Padua, where unknown individuals sprayed paint on the TV’s vehicle, parked in Piazza delle Erbe while the crew was working in the city center.
“Hitting those who provide information means hitting a service to citizens. The confrontation takes place with ideas, not with graffiti and intimidation, moreover anonymous and certainly lacking courage,” adds Zaia.
“I hope that the perpetrators will be identified as soon as possible and sanctioned decisively. I am sure, knowing the journalists of Telenuovo and their professionalism, that this gesture will not change by a single comma their work,” concludes Zaia.
