Nuovo Btp Valore ai nastri di partenza. La settima offerta del titolo dedicato alle famiglie a rendimenti crescenti e col premio fedeltà parte lunedì 2 marzo e si chiuderà venerdì alle 13 (salvo anticipo). Come da martellante battage pubblicitario andato in onda anche quest’anno durante Sanremo, con il claim “Btp piace”. I tassi minimi garantiti vanno dal 2,50% per il primo e secondo anno al 2,80% per il terzo e quarto anno fino al 3,50% per il biennio finale, ma quelli definitivi verranno confermati o rivisti al rialzo in base alle condizioni di mercato a chiusura dell’emissione.
Per le famiglie, l’attrattiva è un parcheggio sicuro della liquidità in un momento di estrema incertezza geopolitica e in cui il debito dei Paesi del Sud Europa – gli ex Piigs, Italia, Spagna, Portogallo – regge bene e ha visto gli spread appiattirsi a minimi quindicennali. Ovviamente molto dipenderà, in termini di convenienza, dall’andamento dell’inflazione, che si porta via parte dei guadagni. Al momento appare sotto controllo e addirittura sotto il 2% in base agli ultimi dati, ma l’escalation in Medio Oriente innescata dall’attacco di Usa e Israele all’Iran nel medio periodo potrebbe cambiare il quadro.
Il nuovo Btp Valore pagherà le cedole nominali ogni tre mesi e un premio finale extra pari allo 0,8% del capitale investito. Per sottoscriverlo – con taglio minimi di 1.000 euro – basta l’home banking, o ci si può rivolgere alla banca o all’ufficio postale dove si ha un conto corrente e il conto deposito titoli. La tassazione è quella agevolata che vale per tutti i titoli di Stato, al 12,5% su cedole e premio finale extra. Il titolo è esente dalle imposte di successione ed è escluso dal calcolo Isee entro il limite di 50.000 euro investiti in titoli di Stato.
Nelle precedenti sei edizioni, considerando anche il Btp Più di inizio 2025, sono stati raccolti 96,4 miliardi di euro. Il record a marzo 2024, con 18,3 miliardi di euro su un titolo a 6 anni.

New Btp Valore (Value Bonds) are starting their race. The seventh offering of the bond dedicated to families, with rising yields and a loyalty bonus, will begin Monday, March 2nd and close on Friday at 1:00 PM (unless early closed). As part of the relentless advertising campaign that also aired during Sanremo this year, with the slogan “Btp Pleases,” minimum guaranteed rates range from 2.50% for the first and second year to 2.80% for the third and fourth year, up to 3.50% for the final two years, but the final rates will be confirmed or revised upwards based on market conditions at the time of the issuance closing.

For families, the attraction is a safe parking of liquidity in a time of extreme geopolitical uncertainty, and where the debt of Southern European countries – the “former Pigs,” Italy, Spain, and Portugal – is performing well and spreads have flattened to fifteen-year lows. The new Btp Valore will pay nominal coupons every three months and an extra final premium of 0.8% of the invested capital. To subscribe – with minimum cuts of 1,000 euros – all that is needed is online banking, or you can turn to the bank or post office where you have a current account and a securities deposit account. The tax rate is the favored one, which applies to all government bonds, at 12.5% on coupons and the extra final premium. The bond is exempt from inheritance taxes and is excluded from the ISEE calculation up to an investment of 50,000 euros in government bonds.
