Sal Da Vinci è ancora frastornato ma al settimo cielo per la sua vittoria al Festival di Sanremo 2026 con “Per sempre sì”. Abbiamo incontrato l’artista poche ore dopo l’incoronazione. Sul palco il vincitore ha condiviso gli ultimi istanti prima della proclamazione con Sayf che ha 30 anni meno e che comunque rappresenta il nuovo della musica italiana. “È stata comunque un’emozione grande stringere la mano a Sayf, che è un giovane forte, – ha detto Da Vinci -, ha una musicalità pazzesca. E soprattutto il messaggio della sua canzone ‘Tu mi piaci tanto’ è molto incisivo, molto forte. Io gli ho fatto tanti complimenti”.

Infine: “Questo premio lo voglio dedicare alla mia città innanzitutto, Napoli. Questa è la vittoria del popolo e di tutta Italia e tutti gli italiani che hanno votato dall’estero, quelli che comunque hanno seguito il Festival, quelli che amano la musica. E poi lo condivido con un mio fratellino più piccolo, un mio figlioletto, che è Geolier. Qualche anno fa (Festival di Sanremo 2024, ndr) lui aveva tutti i numeri per alzare anche lui questo trofeo. Angelina è stata straordinaria e si merita tutto quello che ha avuto però magari un ex aequo non ci sarebbe stato proprio male. Quindi lo dedico anche a lui anzi quando lo vedo gli stacco un pezzetto di questo leone così sì prende la palma”.
