When filling out forms for a new doctor, I just write 'multivitamin/mineral'
In order to look like less of a weirdo

@tiamat271 lol seeing as some of the multivitimins give excess amounts (of stuff that can cause kidney stones) I am in the wierdo category and get mine individually to control the doses
@Trenton_Hoshiko glad I’m not alone! Dr. recently told me to stop taking my multivitamin because of a high level of one specific thing, so now I get to take all the rest individually. Individual vitamin takers, unite!

@Trenton_Hoshiko glad I’m not alone! Dr. recently told me to stop taking my multivitamin because of a high level of one specific thing, so now I get to take all the rest individually. Individual vitamin takers, unite!
@tiamat271 yes! Some of those have like 2000% of the daily value just because! At best it is wasteful! I hope the new vitamin regimen works out for you!

@tiamat271 @_L1vY_ I recently went to the doctor (routine checkup), and only the doctor and myself were masked, no staff nor other patients masked. At a doctor's office with sick people there! (and the sick people, especially). You'd think no one had survived a pandemic....

When I went for routine checkup last year I was the only person masking in the entire medical BUILDING housing the practice suite (that I saw, anyway).
