      @rationaldoge If they're claiming military jurisdiction, they need to be charged with a fucking war crime. Poisoning wells is a war crime.

          (I stumbled across this facility the other day when I was roaming around during a ham radio fox hunt in Cottage Grove. I knew it was there but had no idea what it looked like or how big it was. It's right next to the river south of Highway 10 where Keats Ave becomes Innovation Road.)

          As industrial sites go it looks very clean and orderly. But those PFASes …
