@xankarn Wonder when US citizens will wake up. Watching a demolition of democracy in both slow motion and fast forward. And all I hear is some widespread demonstrations. Sorry, but freedom, democracy, free speech is under attack. Where is the resistance? Not talking about using violence but if anyone in stopped using Facebook today, one great donor to the demolition is gone. Very easy.

Americans are not uniquely immoral, even if they live in a uniquely toxic culture.
There is real resistance work being done, and, as we have witnessed in other times and places, it may not be enough to stem the tide of barbarism.
