@proscience @broadwaybabyto if the (possible) case gets the attention of the supreme court it'd better be after the current GOP majority there is dismantled. Or else ICE will be confirmed as doing nothing wrong here.

Sadly, this is a realistic scenario.
And given how many Dems refuse to abolish ICE and still fund them, I wouldn't count on the Dems dismantling SCOTUS' fascistic majority ever.
