The word "gubernatorial" as in "gubernatorial election" (election of a governor) cracks me up. Because I always hear it as "goobernatorial" as in the governor is a goober.

Can we just swap the word "governor" for "goober" generally? Please? Just for fun?

@futurebird here in Russia we sometimes call governors exactly so.
