    As someone from over the Irish Sea from the part of the UK that is in the constitutional granny flat, who isn't voting on Thursday.

    I am really hoping that the #SNP in Scotland, #PlaidCymru in Wales and #Greens in England do well in the elections and say fuck you to Reform, who will finish off the United Kingdom if they get their hands on the levers of powers at the next General Election.

    If three of the four parts of the UK are voting for parties that want to break this union up

      already without Reform & Nigel being in power, then stop and think what the hell will happen if he becomes Prime Minister!

      As George III is remembered as the man who lost America, then Nigel will be the Prime Minister who loses the UK union. Because I will tell you now if the majority in England vote for Reform on Thursday, I wil go against all my voting instincts when I vote in 2027 and at the next General Election, for Sinn Féin, to give them the largest mandate they can have,

        to get us in Northern Ireland the hell out of this union as quickly as possible led by Nigel Farage.

        You think Johnson damaged the union just wait and see what happens when that fascist gets into No 10.

        If Wales follows N. Ireland and Scotland on Friday and elects a First Minister that believes in independence - this union is on borrowed time.

        Will what's left of England's traditional parties on Friday pay attention to what is happening in this union.

            @jacqui76 @essjayjay I’m so glad I have my Irish passport, and was born in the Republic. Can’t tell you how much I hope to see big numbers voting for #PlaidCymru, #SNP and of course #GreenParty. Seeing #Reform & #Labour knocked well down the pecking order everywhere is going to be delightful. We may indulge in a celebratory drink or three at the weekend, if all goes as well as I hope.

              @HarriettMB @essjayjay

              I say thank god for the Good Friday Agreement, in Northern Ireland, we can choose to be British, Irish, Both or None!

              I am hoping that the traditional English political parties get a good kicking in Scotland & Wales, to reinforce that people in those countries are entitled to determine their own futures, without having to ask permission from someone in power in England.
