    @foone

    I turned to my boss. "I don't get it. How does he get better the more exhausted he is?"

    My boss just looked at me like it was obvious. "Our front end code depends on Jake weary."

      Unlikely, Ike (Ichabod) moved to Placet to join his sister Mike (Michaelina).

        @foone I still cannot understand how #React has gotten so prevalent. I hate using, but I am forced to use it in so many projects.

        @infosec812 @foone it's made by Facebook for their ridiculous purposes so therefore it is the obvious and best choice for my simple website which actually shouldn't need JS at all. See also: GraphQL

          I updated it a bit.

          (I should add ĄŽERTY just in case I ever flirt with any Lithuanian tranfems)

          @foone I wonder if you could do some sort of automatic detection for variant QWERTY layouts, like Ñ is on latin american keyboards where US keyboards have semicolon, and Swedish keyboards have Å to the right of P and äö to the right of L

                        @foone@digipres.club The whole thing is built on top of two massive anti-patterns (the order of calls to methods [useState and useRef, and thus nearly every hooks] changes their outputs, and implementing logic with exceptions [don't look into suspend too much]) and is so complicated to use correctly that they had to release a precompiler to make it bearable. Of course it's absolute garbage.

                        @kawazoe @foone yep.

                        I'm used to javascript being a language you have to defend yourself against while writing it.

                        Doesn't justify making needing to defend yourself a feature of a library.
