@eniko Makes the default state of a computer unusable until the user doxes themsef to a third party. Technically outlaws retro computing, or anything that isn't internet-connected, doesn't have a camera, or can't be updated to support verification. Trivially bypassed with fake ID. a friend who looks older, or a copy of Garry's Mod.

It's an utterly insane idea, and I'm angry that it's gotten this far.
