"We found a few more issues to fix in RC4, and also updated a lot
of bundled third party code due to security issues, including
OpenSSH, OpenSSL, Postfix, bind, xz and more.

"We would love to release this state as 11.0 soonish and hope no big
fallout will be found in this RC."
