That last question is definitely a major red flag.
I was let go from a job for a company based in IN because they found out I use THC medically. As in I've got a medical card from the state I live in.
No recourse. Indiana laws protect companies over individuals.

@coleens_ Asking for pronouns isn't immediately a red flag BUT the way this is phrased sets off major alarm bells.
