Bravery comes in many forms.
Youth has bravery in spades (sometimes).
Knowing when to stop, however, comes from age and/or experience.
I'm not saying the shooter didn't deserve to to be unalived - I'm saying I would've preferred due process to determine how and when, not a group of ROTC students.
