On this day, we focus on creating real social connections for people with Down syndrome. Everyone deserves to feel they belong and are valued.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:
About 1 in every 1000 to 1100 babies worldwide is born with Down syndrome.
In India, nearly 1 in 830 live births has Down syndrome.
People with Down syndrome often face social stigma and fewer opportunities.
The day reminds us to support their rights, inclusion, and independence.
The 14th World Down Syndrome Day Conference in New York will discuss legal rights and decision-making for people with Down syndrome.

Let’s work together to make sure no one feels lonely or left out.
