Jeff Bezos went on TV to whine about Zohran Mamdani to stop demonizing billionaires and the very next day Mayor Mamdani responded by forcing Amazon to pay $9M in fines accrued by Amazon delivery trucks for illegally idling and blocking NYC traffic.

@QasimRashid Curiously fining Amazon delivery trucks reminds me of a story I heard about the Stoneman Meadow Riots in Yosmite in 1970. There was a guy - Berkeley grad student as I recall - who was working as a ranger over the summer. At one point the FBI parked cars illegally as part of a crackdown. He grinned and said, "I've never written a ticket before!" and proceeded to ticket the FBI. No idea of how accurate it is, but that is funny.
