    One of *the most important* experiences we can have as people are those moments when we feel TRULY SEEN by another, don't you think? It's a very big thing. 🥹

    That's what I felt when I read this just-published review of our 80s kids show, written by a long-time music industry person whom we respect greatly, and who we are grateful to call a friend. Thank you so much, John O'Neil. 🙏🏻

      In related news, we released a NEW 80s kids song today, exclusively on Bandcamp!

      Listen to "Bizarre Love Triangle" here: https://shannoncurtis.bandcamp.com/album/80s-kids-2

      Let us know what you think! Do you have any memories of this song from when you were a kid? We'd love to hear those, too.

      That's all for now. Happy weekend, friends. Be good. Be safe out there. Go protest No Kings tomorrow if you can. Love you all. 🖤

          @shannoncurtis

          Love this:

          "They are drawing a line between youthful enthusiasm and hope, with today, and how to remain engaged and hopeful, not giving up because you are different, older, with more responsibility and experience. You have one life. It’s part of the same life you had then. Only now you have years of wisdom to draw on. Build on. And years to go before you sleep."

          Yeah!

                @shannoncurtis Oh come on, you two … now we're talking!
                Barely related, but still: Your artwork for 'Good to Me' always reminded me of New Order's 'True Faith' and 'Touched by the Hand of God' singles'.

                  @shannoncurtis
                  Smashing, but I have an urge to strap my bass on with the long strap and put Hooky's bit in.
