          A8.
          Photo taken a couple of minutes ago.
          The lever for the storage tank release on my pump decided today was the day.
          This is awkward, as I've got two new tires to mount onto two new wheels.
          I'm waiting on a delivery as well, so I can't head out to find a replacement till it arrives.

            @ascentale @bikenite The first photo is my first grocery run of the year earlier this week. It was around 16ยฐC. The second photo is from earlier today. Spring in South-Western Ontario ๐Ÿคฃ

            @uxmark @ascentale @bikenite I could have a go at this today but there's still a lot of storm debris (perhaps incl. some glass) on the roads.

                  Spotted by my other half while gravel biking along West Machine Gun Flats Road at Ft. Ord National Monument yesterday afternoon.

                  Not the kind of wildlife I like seeing, especially when they (the snakes) are young.

                      @ascentale @bikenite A8 #BikeNite Until today, when I didn't actually take any, the light's not been playing ball when it comes to taking snaps. It was trying it's hardest the other morning though, with some nice hazy highlights over yonder.

                        A8) I've seen people question why anyone would need to ride a full-suspension bike. I snapped this during a hike today; this is typical of the type of roads/trails I ride. Riding this on a non-suspension bike is an extremely unpleasant experience.

                          @wanderinghermit @ascentale @bikenite That's what full-suspension and "fat tire" bikes are for.

                          What offends me is seeing them used for day-to-day commuting on smooth paved streets.

                            The American Robins returned in earnest to where I live in Minnesota on Monday, so I took a picture. It was a sign of spring and it got up to 60F that day.

                            They're predicting between 1 and 2 feet of snow for Sunday and then plummeting temps. We will have entered 3rd Winter.

                              Well, maybe. But there is a certain virtue in riding the bike you have. If I only had one, I'd rather ride a full-suspension bike on pavement than ride a no-suspension bike on this stuff.
