Antony is next to Orly, one of the two main Paris airports. Thought most international flights land in Roissy CDG, several tenths of km north, with Paris in the middle. -

@lin generally if they're residents a local vet would have registered the chip/details with Icad https://www.i-cad.fr/
That being said Antony is where Orly airport is so it is entirely possible the cat fled from transport and maybe an airline knows something
