My God it sounds like a fire storm of mosquitoes. There was one particular memorable, super warm night, hiking where all the mosquitoes emerged all at once and they made a noise like that.
I would consider something like that to be noise pollution and would be complaining to the police if somebody else was doing that my neighborhood.

Video won’t load for me, but I’ll take your word for it. I imagine at some point we’ll be hunting these things (and the food-delivery robots) like our ancestors hunted gazelles on the Savannah. -

I honestly didn’t think this was a real thing!
@crispius @jerry @GhostOnTheHalfShell I also thought it would never actually roll out. Since you would never be able to sit outside and enjoy quietly the sun anymore.
That's insane they approved those drones over residential area.

At 2160x3840, a minute and 30 seconds makes a 290 megabyte file. Not easy to download!

Best to regulate them before the business gets ahead of writing the rules.
Maybe your local regulators or council could write a rule that they should fly along a specific consolidated routes, or at a certain height, to reduce some noise.

My vote would be that stand your ground laws would apply. They should be classified as varmits
