@EdwinG Holes opening up on bridges is a new feature/improvement and much better than cutbacks which result in things going away , closing.

Consider the tourism potential of holes on bridges, especially as cars get glass bottoms to give passengers quite a view when they look down while crossing Québec bridges

And when holes grow to create risk of falling into river, consider the potential if a Québec company starts to make amphibious cars to survive Québec bridges
