Not seen this reported elsewhere, but since yesterday my website is getting visitors that appear to come from #Iran again. Perhaps some things are working again?

@bert_hubert These posts imply no, but I don't know what NetBlocks' methodology is:

Attached: 1 image ⚠️ Update: After 528 hours, #Iran is entering a 23rd day isolated from the world as the regime-imposed internet blackout continues in its fourth week. The measure adds to the wartime distress of millions of civilians who lack independent sources of information and alerts.

@bert_hubert They don't clearly explain what data they're using:

        > The programme integrates first-party and third-party data sources to deliver a unified view of connectivity and platform reachability during crises, elections, civic mobilisation as well as weather and seismic events that can impact human rights and democracy.

        Just a moment...

@bert_hubert I observe that the botnets attacking my mailserver are slowly coming back after three weeks. I suspected that connections to the C&C (Command and Control) servers where at least routed through Iran, maybe teh servers were located there too.

@bert_hubert its possible the general access is down but your site is being looked at as part of the info war?

Not sure how anyone could really tell the difference reliably, especially at the speed things change.
