Looking outside at the birds and squirrels while enjoying my morning coffee with my wife.
Is it normal to cry a little when you feel so connected to a moment, so full of gratitude to not only be alive but to find comfort & joy in nature?
It doesn't matter, it's my normal at this time.
It’s a gorgeous morning and I’m soaking it in. -

It’s a gorgeous morning and I’m soaking it in.@dabertime I think it's fairly normal for people. I believe that other mammals, besides humans, do it too.

It’s a gorgeous morning and I’m soaking it in."…For most of us, there is only the unattended
Moment, the moment in and out of time,
The distraction fit, lost in a shaft of sunlight,
The wild thyme unseen, or the winter lightning
Or the waterfall, or music heard so deeply
That it is not heard at all, but you are the music
While the music lasts."Being the music cannot help but bring tears.

It’s a gorgeous morning and I’m soaking it in.@dabertime @lisamelton It's always OK to cry a little, when you feel joy, or connected, or gratitude or comfort, or joy. When you feel all of those--you betcha! When crying helps you feel good--feel it.
