I just heard that #Canada and #Mexico are providing much needed humanitarian aid to #Cuba. Are there any organizations in those countries who are helping out Cuba and would take donations from United States citizens?

Here in #Mexico it's been the government sending aid through the navy. However, yesterday a major Mexico City newspaper released a statement [1] with a bank account for civilian donations:
