        @thelocalstack And your server could even play music with the stereo speakers, according to the specs. ☺️

          Thank you for writing this blog post, in particular for taking the time to read through the terms and conditions, and putting them in simple terms. Microsoft/xbox keep hassling me to do age verification (aka identity verification) for xbox chat... They can go do one.
          Thanks again!

            @autiomaa I want to be polite, let's just say that the speakers make noise, which is a good start! But they are bad, I still love my TP, perfection is only reserved for God as they say 😀

                  @thelocalstack @happysteve I did read through the Activision Terms of Service for the Call of Duty games in the past. They reserve right for permanent data collection about people's hardware and behaviour data. That is partially understandable from the security viewpoint as they try to keep systems free of automated bots that spoil the game for honest players. At the same time, they have direct relationships with multiple countries and could share the hardware details with any officials. Good reason to keep games away from any work devices, in all cases.

                      @thelocalstack why did you go through the process of getting verified if it gave away all of your information?

                        @thelocalstack

                        One of the companies you identify in the List of 17 is Sigma - their testimonial on Persona is worth a read: https://www.sigmacomputing.com/customers/how-persona-transformed-customer-insights

                        And really, their highlighted list of customers is a list of extractive data orgs.

                        As someone who has read more privacy policies and terms of service than is healthy, thank you, and very nice work.
