I really wish more directors than just Larry Cohen realized that Michael Moriarty was just a fantastic character actor who could lend an off-beat, weirdly likeable charisma to any number of very flawed characters. He is easily the highlight of every Cohen film he starred in, his performances in The Stuff and Q: The Winged Serpent in particular give me such a warm fuzzy feeling despite playing a bastard and loser respectively.
