    Anyone know what this kind of tree or bush this is?

    It's in someone's garden in Islip, UK. Sorry the pics are blurry. They're screengrabs from an episode of that Time Team thing, and they're not focusing on it.

            @CoolerPseudonym maybe one of horticultural societies can help you. There was a time I belonged to all of them. (When I could be part of their seed exchanges).
