I booked myself onto a SW members visit to someone else's woodland in another county for this Saturday. I still havent received exact location details for it, or a contact phone number for the SW staff member. When the office said they would be provided nearer the date, I thought I'd have them by now. Am I being unreasonable? Is this just a me thing?

@Sarah111well nope, I'd be chasing by now, one week before is a reasonable expectation for details, I'd assume now something has gone awry, and given whoever can fix this might be part time I'd be getting in contact today as tomorrow might be too late.
