Understandable, happens all the time unfortunately. Here is the problem: it clearly indicates 'companies' are not 'taxpayers'. If corporations were paying the majority of Provincial revenues, **it would be in their interest to prevent other corps leaving cleanup costs to #BC.**

Bam. Suddenly corporations would support cleanup bonding insurance.
