@bloor but there is more to providing ipv6 networking than just routing packets. Some (Hello BT) will unexpectedly change your network's whole address assignment for another like this was dialup and they had address shortages. Renumbering a network should be possible but a rare exception.
Perhaps another poll would be "Does your ISP provide reliable and consistent IPv6 networking?" -

Perhaps another poll would be "Does your ISP provide reliable and consistent IPv6 networking?"@zymurgic @bloor Like maybe assigning a /48 too each customer, by default, allowing them to cut that down to /64s or bigger and pick which lines they go to (one /64 from the /48 assigned by default to each line anyway for simplicity), and allowing specific reverse IP DNS, and delegated reverse IP DNS as needed. Like that maybe?

@steve @zymurgic @bloor @aaisp We route the block(s) to the line. What happens beyond that is very much down to the router, and I know some routers can be a tad fussy, and some devices get fussy if a subnet is bigger than a /64, not ideal I know. Disabling PD and setting static blocks as needed is a way to solve this as you have said. That said, we are always working to improve things and may be able to make things work better with more routers in time.
