"....Today, two bad bills died in Sacramento. AB 1557 would have upended the standard 3-class system for e-bikes, and AB 1942 would have required licensing and registration for e-bikes. Neither made it through the Appropriations committee in the Assembly, and that's because of advocates like you.

We're still fighting to pass SB 1167, which would protect legal e-bikes by establish clear labeling requirements for e-motos, drawing a firm line between the two. ..."
